This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which students may cancel their course enrollment and request a refund.

📝 Course Cancellation by Student

- Cancellations made within 3 days of enrollment are eligible for a full refund, provided the course has not been accessed or any materials delivered.
- After 3 days, cancellations will be subject to an administrative fee and partial refund.
- No refunds will be issued once the course content has been accessed or any physical/digital materials have been delivered.

🏫 Course Cancellation by BIM Institute

In the rare event that BIM Training Institute cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (such as faculty unavailability, low enrollment, or technical issues), students will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer to another batch or course.

💳 Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Students will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
- Any transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable.

📌 Non-Refundable Situations

- Failure to attend the course after enrollment without prior notice.
- Accessing course content or downloading study materials.
- Participating in live classes, assessments, or assignments.
